Ever heard of or been to this place with the best spa pools and saunas? If not, then this map is for you to explore. As in real life, Spa Castle MCPE is built for relaxation, comfort and an escape from the ordinary. But for Minecraft, if you’re exhausted from mining, fighting with monsters, or just want some peace & quiet, this map will keep you company whenever you’re taking a break from your other worlds.

There are also an unlimited amount of space surrounding Spa Castle (Since this was built on a flatland world) for you to build your own house, village, or big city. You can either do that, or just simply settle in the spa.

This is based off the Spa Castle in College Point, Queens NY.

Brief history of Spa Castle (only for College Point location as this is what this creation is based on).

2007: First opened on May 12th, given the name “In Spa World”.

(Same year opened, months later): Name was officially changed to Spa Castle.

2013: Spa Castle closes temporarily following renovation to improve the interior for the guests.

2014: Spa Castle reopens.

2015: Spa Castle closes again for renovations following flood damage.

2016: Topsangtheman stepped foot into Spa Castle for the first time.

2018: Sleeping and meditation rooms converted into event room.

2022: Event room repurposed for relaxation room.

2023: Spa Castle closes for renovations again. The exterior was repainted into blue and white. Originally the grand reopening took place in November with the outdoor pools closed.

2024: Spa Castle closes on Jan 3rd due to health concerns. The official reopening took place on May 14th, with the outdoor pools still closed at the time of this re-release.

Aug 2024: The outdoor pools have officially reopened.

As in real life, Spa Castle is a great place to spend the evening or night in.

Trivia

• This Spa Castle is based on the last ever renovated version in real life before the new repaint that ruined it. However, after a few months since last visiting Spa Castle in September 2024, Topsangtheman decided to give this place another go as after all, the new makeover doesn't change the original concept of the place as it still has the same glory as it does, especially with the rooftop outdoor pools and 3 way balconies. He even cited that "The outdoor pools are very unique & seriously rock with this place; no other spa in New York has them.", and also "Along with the 3 way balconies, the new penthouse view is very breathtaking with relaxing spa music playing and nice tasteful ceiling decoration." in a revised 5 star Google review posted after visiting on Christmas Eve of 2024. The previous 1 star harsh review has since been deleted, and Topsangtheman continues to favor going to Spa Castle up to today, and has been quite remorseful for the harsh review, especially when stating that he wished the place would close down forever.
• He also mentioned stepping foot into there for the first time in 2016 in the review while describing how charmful the place still meant to him.
• The event room was repurposed into a relaxing room likely due to the lack of patrons who reserved it. This has since been converted into an office space after the 2023 renovations, along with the fitness room (where the upstairs has been converted into a penthouse view).
• The Sundeck is where the author aforementioned above likes to hang out the most due to the best view of the neighborhood and park across the street, along with the 2 other balconies.
• As of 2020, the shuttle bus service was discontinued and service has never been reinstated ever since, possibly due to COVID 19.
• When released, this Spa Castle building (updated Sep 2nd, 2025), will be relocated from the spawn point to the neighborhood of Middle Village in the city/island of Alfront Bay. It will still retain the classic pre-2023 scheme and will include the new penthouse view as seen in real life. There will also be 2 others to find, with the various interior designs that Spa Castle had.
• Spa Castle was renamed from In Spa World months later after the grand opening because another spa company with the same name based in the West Coast threatened to sue.
• In total the construction of Spa Castle was about $25 million dollars.

Guide to downloading this map.

If you’re using iOS.

1. Click the download link below.
2. Press the download link above, then press the blue download button in Media Fire.
3. Download iZip from the App Store.
4. Go back to Chrome (or any other web browser you’re using. Next to where it says SpaCastleMCPE.zip, press, “open in”. Then press, copy to iZip.
5. When prompted, iZip will open the zip file of the world, and then ask, “Would you like to unzip all files? If so, press yes. A new folder of the same will appear with an unzipped file.
6. Go to files, and make sure you’re on the browse screen, if not, press browse on the right side bottom.
7. Press, on my iPhone, or on my iPad (Depending on what device you’re using), then press iZip.
8. Go into the Spa Castle MCPE (the unzipped) folder, and find the folder (there might be another one inside with the same name)
9. Hold for 1-2 seconds, then press copy.
10. Go to the Minecraft folder, then press games, and then com.mojang, go to Minecraft worlds folder, then hold down on an empty space, and press paste. The folder should appear after.
11. Launch Minecraft to check if it’s there, the world name is Spa Castle MCPE. If it’s not there, tell me in the comments, and I’ll fix it.

For Android users

1. Click the download link above.
2. Press the blue download button in Media Fire.
3. Make sure you have EX File Explorer downloaded. If not, download it from the Play Store.
4. After downloading, using EX File Explorer, go to your download folder and find the zipped file “SpaCastleMCPE”.
5. Rename the file type from .zip to .mcworld.
6. Tap the file and it will pop up a list of applications to open it in. Of course, select Minecraft.
7. The game will launch and begin importing the files. It should say "Level import finished sucessfully". Afterwards, you can launch the world and start playing.

Advisory: Because of the new scoped storage for users with Android 10 or later, it is no longer possible to paste files in the Minecraft folder or anywhere else within the Android folder, which is very dumb and stupid, even while using 3rd party apps.

Also, while testing various files to see if the .mcworld would launch after reconfiguring the file type, no others worked except for EX File Explorer. So only download that if you're importing Minecraft world files into the game when compressed into zip files.
